- National Center for Healthy Lifestyle (cofounded with the Romanian Academy).
- An academic/educational program in the practice and science of nutrition is directly related to the Center.
- Center for Multidisciplinay Research and Comprehensive Approach of Cancer (cofounded with the Institute of Oncology in Cluj-Napoca).
- Center for Translational Research in Peritoneal and Digestive Disorders (under construction).
Major Clinical Units:
- Partners – Public/private hospitals – clinical units (over 15, distributed in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, and other locations where UBB has an academic presence).
